LEGAL NOTICE

These provisions regulate the use of the internet portal service ('Portal') which Oliver International Law ('Firm') makes available to internet users Your use of the Portal makes you a user of the Portal ('User') and implies your acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice. The Portal service is provided for a duration which is limited to the moment when User is connected to the Portal or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, User must attentively read this Legal Notice each time User intends to use the Portal, since the Portal and its use conditions as expressed in this Legal Notice may change from time to time.

1. Legal information

The Firm founding partner, Ms. M. d. R. Oliver, is member of the Bar Association in Madrid, Spain. The Firm is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 61071137. Access to the Portal is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network by the Internet service provider of User. Certain services could be privileged to the Firm clients and the access could be restricted. The legal services provided by Firm are priced accordingly to the relevant circumstances and will neither be proposed nor provided through the Portal. Some Portal services accessible to User or privileged to the Firm clients may be subject to special provisions, terms and guidelines which may replace, complement and / or modify this Legal Notice and must be accepted by User before the concerned service begins. Portal makes no warranties of any kind. Firm cannot guarantee that its web pages are continuously available. Firm is neither liable for direct or indirect damages which may arise from the use of the Portal (including damage to computer systems that may be caused to User or to any third party) nor can guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements.

2. Intellectual and Industrial property

All contents in the Portal, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, technology, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as their graphic design and source codes ('Content), is intellectual property of Firm or of third parties, and no Content exploitation rights recognized by the intellectual property legislation applicable can be deemed to have been licensed to User except for such Content as strictly necessary for the use of the Portal. The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of Firm or of third parties, and access to the Portal cannot be deemed to attribute any right to such trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

3. Terms of use for the Portal

3.1 Obligation to make proper use of the Portal

User agrees to use the Portal accordingly to the law, to this Legal Notice, as well as to morality and generally accepted principles of morality and public order, being liable toward Firm and/or toward third parties for any damages which may be caused as result of a breach of this obligation. The use of the Portal for purposes that damage the property or interests of Firm or of third parties, or otherwise overload, damage or disable networks, servers and other hardware or software which belong to Firm or to third parties is prohibited.

3.2 Introduction of links to the Portal

Internet users who wish to insert links from his website to the Portal must comply with the following terms. Ignorance of such terms will not relieve of liability under the law. The link will just connect to the Portal home page and may not reproduce it in any way. It is forbidden to insert frames of any kind around the Portal, or permit the Content to be viewed through URLs other than the Portal URL, specially where the Content can be viewed together with content outside the Portal, in a way which causes or may cause error or confusion, or misleads or may mislead users as to the true origin of the service of Content; constitutes an act of comparison or imitation; serves to take advantage of the reputation of Firm´s brand and prestige; or is prohibited by the law. It will not be stated on the website where the link is located that Firm has consented to the insertion of the link, nor that Firm supports, works with or supervises the services of the website where the link is inserted. The establishment of the link does not imply in any case the existence of relationships between Firm and the owner of the website on which it is established, nor the acceptance or approval by Firm of their content and services. The page containing the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not under any circumstances provide or link to contents themselves or others which are unlawful or contrary to moral and decency or which are inappropriate and conflict with the activity of Firm.

3.3 Protection of personal data

Firm informs that pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999 ('LOPD') any personal data and information provided by User on completing any electronic form available on the Portal ('Data') shall be included on a personal data filing system controlled by Firm. The purpose of Data processing is to process the request. The questions included in each of the forms are voluntary, save for those marked with an asterisk (*), which are mandatory. In the event that the mandatory questions are not answered, Firm reserves the right not to process incomplete applications. All information provided by User through the forms for the above purposes or any other must be true. For this purpose, User guarantees the authenticity of all data and commits to maintain updated the information given to Firm so that it responds to the real situation of User. User will be responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damage caused to Firm or others by reason of the information provided. Data collected through data collection forms, through on-line queries or forwarding of candidates with letters, resumes and/or transcripts, will be incorporated into an automated database of a personal nature of Firm, which will treat the information confidentially. For on-line consultations, this information is used to respond to the issues raised and for the purpose of managing customer relationships and in order to promote the activities of Firm. In relation to Data collected in the manner provided for in the preceding paragraphs, User may exercise the rights recognized by law and in particular the rights of access, rectification or cancelation of data and objection, as well as the right to revoke the consent to the transfer of Data. Such rights may be exercised by User by sending a signed written request to the following email: info@oliver-law.com. The request must contain the following information: name and surname, address for correspondence, photocopy of National Identity Card or passport, and the right exercised. Firm takes the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Internet technical security is not impregnable and can be leaks by willful misconduct of third parties. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), Firm shall only use data storage and recovery devices ('Cookies') in case User has granted its prior consent in such connection in line with indications in the pop-up on the User web browser when accessing the Portal for the first time and on the other terms and conditions as expressed in Firm Cookies Policy, of which all users should be aware.

3.4 Linked Sites

Portal may include technical link devices which allow User to access other pages and websites (hereinafter 'Linked Sites'). In these cases, Firm acts as a intermediation services provider in accordance with Article 17 LSSI and will only be responsible for the content and services provided in the linked sites to the extent that Firm is actually aware of their illegality and has not disabled the link with due diligence. Firm is not aware of the contents and services of Linked Sites and is therefore not responsible for damage caused by the unlawfulness, quality, unavailability, error or uselessness of Linked Sites or any other damages not directly attributable to Firm. In case User considers that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate content, User may communicate this to Firm, although such communication will not constitute any obligation to remove the questioned link. The existence of Linked Sites doesn´t imply the existence of agreements with the owners or representatives of the Linked Sites, nor any recommendation or sponsorship by Firm, nor the identification of Firm with the representations, content or services of the Linked Sites.

4. Disclaimer

User understands and voluntarily and expressly agrees the use of Portal in his sole and exclusive responsibility.

4.1

Firm, its partners, collaborators, employees and representatives are not liable for any errors or omissions which Content or which other contents which can be accessed through Portal could suffer. Access to Portal does not imply an obligation by Firm to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it. Content of this page is general and does not in any way constitute provision of legal advice of any kind; as such information is insufficient for User to make personal or business decisions. Firm, its partners, collaborators, employees and representatives are not liable for any damages arising from use of Portal, nor for any action taken on the basis of the information therein provided, or for decisions taken exclusively based on information obtained through the Portal, or damages caused to User or third parties as a result of actions which are solely based on information obtained through the Portal.

4.2

Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation of Firm to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other malicious software. User is responsible in all cases for having adequate tools available for detecting and disinfecting malicious software. Firm is not liable for any damage to the hardware of User or of third parties during the provision of the Portal service.

4.3

Access to Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks, which reliability, quality, and continuity are not responsibility of Firm. As a consequence, services provided through Portal may be suspended, cancelled or blocked, prior or simultaneously to the provision of the Portal service. Firm cannot be held liable for loss or damage of any kind to User as a result of telecommunications network failures or disconnections which cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service before or while it is being provided.

5. Legislation

This Legal Notice is entirely governed by Spanish law.
